I am an admissions counselor. I think as unit when we work together as a team it helps with everything. “Team work makes the dream work” 

When our leaders can teach us how to be self sufficient and we can operate better and allow them to focus on bigger issues and use there expertise in a better manner. Leaders build leaders. Happy employee work the best and are motivated when we operate in a positive manner. Attached are previous papers that might help with my role.
