• Outline any specific geographic boundaries for the group, noting if it is urban, rural, or both.
• Specify if this population is concentrated within a particular city, county, or other regional boundaries.
• Identify any distinguishing characteristics that differentiate this group from others within the community.
• Provide relevant statistics, including education levels, birth and death rates, average age of death, and insurance coverage (insured vs. uninsured).?
