Regulatory threshold quantities found in the EPA Regulations for 40 CFR 68 (EPA’s Risk Management Program) and in 29 CFR 1910.119 (OSHA’s Process Safety Management Program) (5 point for each chemical for a total of 10 points possible)

 

The personal-protection equipment required for handling the chemical both the routine workers (who handle the chemical on a regular basis) and the emergency responders (who handle the chemical only in emergency response situations) (5 point for each chemical for a total of 10 points possible)

 

The appropriate emergency response precautions and techniques that would protect and help emergency responders at an emergency incident scene. (5 point for each chemical for a total of 10 points possible)
