One situation when I was resistant to change was when my company announced that they were switching to a new software system for managing customer orders. As someone who had been using the old system for many years, I initially felt resistant to the change because it would require me to learn a new system and potentially disrupt my work flow. In terms of intensity, my resistance to this change was moderate. While I was not strongly opposed to the change, I did have some concerns and reservations about it.
