One situation when I was resistant to change was when my company announced that they were switching to a new software system for managing customer orders. As someone who had been using the old system for many years, I initially felt resistant to the change because it would require me to learn a new system and potentially disrupt my work flow. In terms of intensity, my resistance to this change was moderate. While I was not strongly opposed to the change, I did have some concerns and reservations about it. The source of my resistance was primarily personal, as I was concerned about how the change would affect my own work and ability to do my job efficiently. However, there was also an element of institutional resistance, as there were some concerns among my colleagues about how the new system would integrate with our existing processes and systems.
