The management of human resources and employee motivation are the two main factors that influence how well an individual performs. Commitment is the key to releasing the underlying driving force. In recent years, theoretical specialists and working managers have turned their attention to its growth as well as the rise in employee satisfaction, which is the basis of commitment (Iren, 2017). Companies cannot afford to reduce their investments in or their attention on the development of their human resources, not even during economic downturns. Managers need to understand that while labor expenditures are rising, employee commitment is inevitably declining with time owing to several variables.
