Hegemonic Masculinity Harmful

Hegemonic masculinity is a concept that refers to the dominant form of masculinity that is favored by a given society. This form of masculinity is typically associated with qualities such as strength, aggression, and dominance, and it is often used as a standard against which other forms of masculinity are judged. Research has shown that hegemonic masculinity can be harmful in a number of ways.
