From this week’s readings, define the different bases of social power that leaders can use to affect others’ beliefs, attitudes, and actions.  Analyze the power base(s) that exist(s) in the context of your current or a former organization (ELEMENTARY SCHOOL- POSITION: LITERACY COACH).  Provide examples for how they are used.

Read the two brief blog posts about unexpected leadership qualities from Business Woman Media (2019) and Douglas (2013), then reflect on whether you think these characteristics were present in leaders you have worked for.  

Of the qualities discussed in the articles, discuss which you possess and which you would like to develop.  Provide specific examples in your reflection.
