Climate change is a complex global problem that will require a collaborative approach to solve.  Based on this week’s readings, discuss the kind of leader best suited to address this problem.

Your initial post should be at least 300 words with support from at least two academic sources published in the last five years.

Transformational vs. Authentic Leadership

Analyze the similarities and differences between Transformational and Authentic Leadership, including scholarly definitions of each.  

Provide specific examples of situations in which each leadership style would or would not be appropriate to highlight your descriptions.
