Throughout the course, in each module, you have been working on developing the individual pieces of your personalized strategic plan for leadership development. This final project will serve as a culmination of those pieces, and should result in a realistic plan that you would be able to implement over the next 1-2 years.

In your strategic plan, be sure to include:

• Environmental Assessment (include results of your SWOT analysis and leadership assessment test)
• Your mission, vision, core values as a leader
• Strategic areas for leadership skill development
• Strategies to develop those skills
• Action steps (with time frames) for developing the skills

Additional Instructions:

• Support the leadership skills desired with current scholarly literature.
• The paper, as well as the reference list, must be formatted per the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 7th edition, the only exception being that you may use first person voice (I, my, me) since this is personal strategic plan leadership skill development. Review the rubric to ensure your assignment meets the criteria.
