Your cell phone is missing. The last time you saw it was yesterday when you and your friend were in the coffee shop down the street from your home. The coffee shop barista has mentioned more than once that he loves your red phone and wants to get one just like it.
You believe the barista has stolen your phone. The burden of proof is on you to support your claim.
